What’s your favorite color? Purple? Teal? Aqua? Yellow? CHARTREUSE?! Ever thought about decorating your home for Christmas in one of those colors?
Even though red and green are the traditional holiday colors, there’s no law that says you can’t decorate for Christmas in your favorite color, or colors you’re already using in your rooms. And it will make your space look oh-so pulled together.
If you're ready to change things up a bit this year, or just like to see what other people are up to, I’ve pulled together some fun and beautiful ideas for Christmas decorating in every color of the rainbow - - OTHER than red and green!
Aqua and white Christmas decorations

Isn't this color combination bright and happy? Especially with the white and silver and gold metallics. It would work really well in a warm climate.
Blush pink and white

Isn't this soft and elegant? If you're into Shabby Chic or if you're a country, girly girl, this one might be your style.

Jewel tones are always intense and dramatic! (Jennie, this tree is for YOU!)
:-D
Pink and blue vintage Christmas

Love this non-traditional tree and the vintage, European feel. It's ju-u-ust sweet enough.
Yellow and black ornaments

How's this for a mod tree? The black and white makes a very crisp background for the pops of yellow. And did you catch the little frame ornaments? So cute!
LOTS of colors

I don't quite how to define this style other than whimsical. Is "whimsical" a color?
:-D
Orange. Yes, orange Christmas decorations!

If you know me, you know I love orange, and if my tree was up, I'd include a photo here of my own orange tree. Maybe next week!
And I've saved the most dramatic for last:
Sophisticated black and silver tree
Pretty spectacular, huh? This would look stunning in a white room. I saw one of the personalities from the Today show take delivery of a black and silver tree this morning, so if Tamsin likes it, it must be pretty cool! You can actually order this tree here.
How about you? Do you decorate for Christmas with the tried and true red and green, or do you go for something unusual? Leave a comment below about YOUR favorite.
Whatever color is your favorite, may your holiday be a beautiful one!
